Toranomon Hills Station Tower, a 49-story building with 4 underground floors, is scheduled to open this fall. Developed as an integral part of Toranomon Hills Station, this multi-purpose tower includes offices, commercial facilities, a hotel, and an information center. The T-Market, which houses 27 eateries and stores featuring food and other items, is designed to be enjoyed all day from 7 am to 11 pm and will be established on the second underground floor of the tower. Wonderwall was in charge of the design of the T-Market’s 3,000m² commercial environment.
The T-Market, located in an area directly connected to the subway station plaza, aims to create a space that is open, flexible, and does not presuppose how customers spend their time. The market is designed to express the location's shifting ambiance that changes throughout the day and to act as a portal that supports diverse and thriving lifestyles.
The concept of our design is to “open a courtyard that expands at the city entrance.”
The project seamlessly integrates the stores with a spatial environment overflowing with greenery, incorporating lighting and sound into a three-dimensional expression. A common seating area of 130 seats is installed in the center of the space, providing a unique service where customers can enjoy various dining options from a variety of restaurants.
