A new concept store designed to introduce Japanese food items to the global audience by a renowned pastry chef, Pierre Hermé. This Marunouchi store is the first of its series. Whether foods, drinks, spices or branded items, products that take up every inch of the display shelves play an important role in the design of the space. Inside, customers can also enjoy salads and sandwiches over the deli counter—the concept of this design proposes a new style of enjoying delicacies while being immersed in an impressive accumulation of products.
