THE ICE CREAM STORE™ TOKYO

November 2005 - Harajuku, Tokyo

A collaborative project that sprouted from a conversation with NIGO®. While on one side, the taste of an ordinary west coast ice-cream parlor is extracted, sublimating its elements into retail store dècor, visitors are greeted by a life size BBC character object on the other side of the retro-pop tunnel. The two stores ad hoc coexist by sharing a rocket figure placed in the center of the boutique.
