Le Printemps, one of Paris' oldest luxury department stores, established in 1865 recently underwent a large-scale renewal. Wonderwall was involved in redesigning the 3rd, 4th and 6th floors of the women's store. The 3rd and 4th floors house more casual brands, and the concept for the space was "open unification" and "self liberation". The ceiling design and the two staircases with different appearances contribute to the flow between the two floors, while at the same time creating a sense of contrast between chaos and order. Meanwhile, the 6th floor features furs and other chic fashions for the sophisticated, refined customer. The concept here is "relaxed maturity" and "polished perfection", and it features furs, the Les Indispensables brand, and environmental design. By enveloping the display area of each shop in glass, the floor as a whole is designed as if it were one select shop.
