Located on the top 15 floors of the International Commerce Center (ICC) in Kowloon, the new Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, will be the world’s tallest hotel. Situated on the top floor of this hotel is the bar/lounge, OZONE. Encompassing the majority of the 118th floor and terrace, Katayama's intention was to create a place that is full of surprises and excitement at every turn, whether one enters from the bar, the bar lounge, the lobby lounge, dinning room or the Tapas bar. Designed around the theme of an “Edenic Experiment” – a man-made environment of nature in an imaginary world, spacial composition, the line of motion and down to every material and finishings were carefully considered.
