With the evenly spaced walls and columns as the frame of the overall structure, this retail complex made of a set of buildings features glass walls and a façade that rise from the basement level. In the front, because the glass façade is set back by nearly 1.8meters, it allows all the levels including the basement visible from the street, making all levels attractive to businesses and accessible for customers. The interior is planned with maximum potentiality and accessibility for any retail tenant’s needs and interior design desires. Both the function of the building and the potentiality for the future tenants’ desires were equally considered to create a well-balanced coexistence of architecture and interior design.
