A boutique store has opened in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris, to mark the debut of a French bag brand. The store is designed with the concept of the museum vaults containing a large variety of items in countless drawers, as well as the “Cabinet of Wonders”—rooms created by scholars and the nobility in Europe during the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period to store and exhibit objects of curiosity—to inspire curiosity and to make the guests want to explore every space. Inside, cabinets were installed on both walls that line the narrow space, where various types of bags with specific functionalities, such as school bags, tool bags, sports bags, etc... are randomly displayed. The customization process is revealed in the gallery section placed in the back part of the store. The design envelopes the store with a small, museum-like atmosphere.
